Squeeze-type CO2 fire extinguisher, 2 kg and 4.5 kg
When you compare CO2 fire extinguisher price, also look at how easy the unit is to use under stress. This FireSpray model has a squeeze-grip valve: pull the pin, aim the horn and squeeze with one hand. It is quick to operate, even for staff who have never used an extinguisher before. Like every CO2 unit, it puts out the fire with carbon dioxide gas and leaves no residue. It is ISI marked, pressure-tested at our factory and covered by a 5-year warranty from the invoice date. Which fires is it for?
- Electrical fires: panels, wiring, meters, motors, generators and electronic equipment. The gas does not conduct electricity and leaves nothing to clean up.
- Class B: flammable liquids such as petrol, diesel, oil, paint and solvents.
Typical places: electrical and control rooms, meter rooms, DG set rooms, labs, testing areas and workshops with machines and solvents.
CO2 is not the right choice for deep-seated fires in wood, paper or cloth, because the gas disperses and the material can reignite; use an ABC fire extinguisher there. For cooking-oil fires, use a K-type fire extinguisher.

How to use it safely
- Pull the safety pin.
- Aim the horn at the base of the fire, holding it only by its handle.
- Squeeze the grip.
- Sweep from side to side.
Switch off the power first if it is safe to do so. The discharge is very cold, so never touch the horn or metal parts during use, as it can cause frostbite. Do not use CO2 in a small closed space without ventilation; leave and ventilate the room after use.
Monthly check, no yearly refills
Once a month, check that the pin and seal are intact and the cylinder, horn and grip are undamaged. The unit stays factory-sealed, so there are no yearly refills; if a covered unit fails, we replace it. Read more on refill vs replace.
